Which email should I use for login?
Use the same email address you used for booking. This keeps your portal records linked correctly.
Where do I get the default password?
Your temporary password is sent to your booking email. Check inbox, spam, and junk folders.
What type of password should I use?
Use at least 8 characters with a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Should I change the default password?
Yes. After your first login, update the temporary password immediately from your security settings.
What if I cannot sign in or I forgot my password?
Use the forgot password page to receive a new temporary password, then sign in again securely.
